Base and ball feet are unfinished. Instructions say to paint both sides of the base and the ball feet with 2 coats of navy or red acrylic paint.

Finished Measurements: Base 12 1/4" L x 12 1/4" W, Basket Height without Feet 11", Height with Feet 13"
